Plague Inc. is a strategy simulation game by Ndemic Creations in which you evolve a pathogen from a single Patient Zero into a global outbreak while humanity races to develop a cure. The premise is simple to state and hard to master: you guide an infection through a detailed world model, spending evolution points on symptoms, transmission routes and resistances, and reacting as governments close borders, distribute medicine and research a cure.
